Next Generation Wellbeing: How Johnson & Johnson Reimagined Employee Health

Johnson & Johnson is committed to having the healthiest workforce in the world. That is why, as part of their 2020 employee wellbeing strategy the company launched Healthy & Me™, a comprehensive digital wellbeing platform, powered by Jiff. The ambitious project aims to engage J&J’s global workforce and support them in their wellbeing journey and achieving their personal best. Employees can earn rewards for completing healthy behaviors such as being physically active, tracking their sleep, logging their meals, participating in challenges, completing health risk assessments, and using digital health coaching tools.
