Reshaping a Wellbeing Strategy: How Accenture Achieved Breakthrough Employee Engagement
Accenture is a global professional services company with nearly 400,000 employees worldwide. Given its highly skilled, “on-the-go” workforce, employee wellbeing is paramount, and the benefits leadership team has experimented with several different health programs over the years.
Recently, Accenture executed a major overhaul of its employee wellbeing program. This new approach sought to integrate a variety of one-off solutions into a single one-stop shop, via a mobile-first platform powered by Jiff.
Already, Accenture has seen promising results. Compared to previous initiatives, they have increased the percentage of employees participating by 4x, and the volume of social media activity by 200x.
